Our mission is simple: to help you steward your wealth with clarity, discipline, and purpose.
Every family’s wealth has a story. We begin by listening closely to your goals, your concerns, your family dynamics, and the impact you hope to make. From there, we help move you forward on your financial path.
Discovery Phase: Introductory meetings and discussions help to identify top priorities, objectives, and specific challenges. We build on continuous discovery to tailor solutions across three tiers of service:
Primary Services
Investments
We provide personalized wealth management by creating and monitoring client portfolios, balancing risk and return while watching diversification, costs, purpose, and efficacy.
Personal Financials
We develop financial statements that give a snapshot of your current situation and a roadmap to your objectives, supporting both estate and retirement planning.
Retirement Planning
Financial independence requires specialized, comprehensive strategies, covering every facet of your personal and financial needs, with the flexibility to adjust.

Collaborative Services
Tax Strategy
Taxes can erode the best financial plan. We coordinate tax solutions with your CPA throughout the process, from investments to legacy planning.
Estate and Trust Planning
Estate planning involves more than wealth transfer and tax optimization. We help to incorporate client values, intentions, and generational complexities as we work alongside your attorney.
Risk Management
Protect your family and your wealth while accumulating sufficient assets for long-term goals. We work with your insurance provider to evaluate policies and recommendations.
Additional Services
Charitable Planning
Investing your time and resources into the causes that matter most to you should be a positive experience. We help maximize benevolent contributions with an effective strategy.
Education Planning
As education costs continue to rise, so does the need for effective savings. We evaluate your needs and wants to recommend the most appropriate strategy for your family.
Generational Planning
We take a comprehensive approach when advising families and the generations to come, tailoring simplified, consolidated solutions for complex family dynamics.

Frequently Asked Questions
Comprehensive wealth management means coordinating the major areas of your financial life rather than treating each decision in isolation. For high-net-worth clients, that typically includes investment management, personal financial statements, retirement planning, tax strategy, estate and trust planning with family wealth transfer, insurance and risk management, charitable giving, and education planning.
We begin with a discovery process to understand your priorities, objectives, family dynamics, major concerns, and long-term goals. That understanding becomes the foundation for recommendations that are personalized and designed to evolve over time.
As a registered investment adviser, we have a fiduciary responsibility to you. That means we must put your needs and interests ahead of our own. We are regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission and follow our own Code of Ethics.
Our typical investment advisory fee is 1% of a client’s assets under management, and our minimum annual fee is $3,000. Fees may be negotiable. We are a fee-based firm; however, we currently receive no commissions or referral fees from the sale or recommendation of any financial product or investment.
Our relationship with you will center around ongoing advice, planning, and fiduciary responsibility. Rather than solely focusing on portfolio performance, we can help coordinate the decisions that affect your overall financial picture, including taxes, estate structure, cash flow, risk exposure, charitable intent, and family wealth transfer.
For affluent families, the value is often in integration: making sure each recommendation supports your broader goals; and that your advisors, including attorneys and accountants, are aligned around the same plan.
The first step is a discovery phase, beginning with a conversation focused on your priorities, concerns, and goals. From there, we can identify the areas where comprehensive planning may add the most value and outline a process for building a coordinated wealth management strategy.
When you become a client, ongoing conversations help identify what matters most to you, where your current plan may need attention, and which decisions require coordination with your attorney or accountant. Discovery is not a one-time event; it continues throughout the relationship as your family, assets, responsibilities, and goals change.
We can meet with you in person or virtually, based on your preferences. Meetings may be scheduled as needed, quarterly, semiannually, or annually.
For reports, your custodian, such as Charles Schwab, will send regular statements. They also provide an online platform. We can provide comprehensive customized reports at any time upon your request. You will also have a client portal to see an overview of your accounts and activity, including invoices and document storage.
Your portfolio is managed in the context of your goals, risk tolerance, time horizon, liquidity needs, tax situation, and overall financial plan. We create and monitor client portfolios with attention to diversification, costs, purpose, and effectiveness.
Every client has a unique financial life. The objective is not simply to maximize returns in isolation, but to balance risk and return in a way that supports your family’s income needs, growth objectives, legacy goals, and comfort with market volatility.
As your needs or goals change, we will reassess and revise your portfolio.
Market ups and downs are a normal part of investing. We help you stay focused on the long term rather than react to short-term market noise, providing steady guidance through changing conditions. Because your portfolio is built around your goals, risk tolerance, time horizon, and financial plan, we can evaluate volatility in context. We monitor your investments, manage risk, and make thoughtful adjustments when appropriate with the goal of protecting your assets and keeping you moving toward meaningful progress over time.
